The Hispanic Office of Planning and Evaluation, Inc, a 33 year old statewide agency was created to advocate, develop, facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate educational, human services, and community development programs for the Hispanic community of Massachusetts. The Hispanic Office of Planning and Evaluation, Inc, (HOPE) goal is to improve the quality of life and to increase the number and range of opportunities for Latinos to succeed and actively participate in and benefit from the political, economic, and social fabric of their communities. |
